Rainy Performance

It was a rainy day at the city,

Gloomy clouds appeared and I wonder,

What maybe the fate outside,

As I was stunned by the loud sound,

Of thunder...

Just then I heard,

The pleasant sound of musicians playing a song,

Around them was a crowd of people cheering,

I wanted to be in with the crowd too,

But mother wouldn't allow me too go outside,

Suddenly,

The rain became more heavier,

The crowd and the musicians had to flee,

As trees were being swooshed away,

I stayed at my apartment for the rest of today...

Ayy, this is kind of my first shot at making a poem. It's kind of like a teaser for a song I'm making. I was inspired to try making a poem as I was making the song itself and tell a story about it.
